by Brian Henson. 1996. 99 min.
Brian Henson’s beloved musical adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s swashbuckling adventure. Kermit takes the helm as Captain Smollett, journeying for adventure with a crew of Muppets and young Jim Hawkins’s map setting the course. But something’s a little off with that new peg-legged cook, Long John Silver (Tim Curry). Oh, and did we mention island goddess Miss Piggy and her band of wild boars?
