LIQUID LIMITS
Hazy horizons, ocean spray and sea mists, the dazzling color shifts of sunset: the liminal space between water and sky is a space for perceptual adventure, a challenge to the limits of human senses in search of orientation. From the cosmos to the beach, swimming pools to tidal marshes, above and below the waterline, this bicoastal program plunges deep into this marine interzone through films and videos that adapt our eyes and ears to new aquatic environments.
