A STILL SMALL VOICE by Luke Lorentzen. 2022, 93 min.
Emmy Award–winning documentarian Luke Lorentzen follows an aspiring chaplain in her yearlong residency at the spiritual care department in New York City’s Mount Sinai Hospital. Capturing moments of crisis and vulnerability with profound empathy, A Still Small Voice unfolds complex ethical questions in an effort to do the right thing. We're thrilled to present the New York premiere of the film that earned Lorentzen this year’s Sundance Documentary Directing Award.
Q&A with director Luke Lorentzen, spiritual care practitioner Mati Engel, and Dan Nuxoll of Rooftop Films.
